What are you training for?

Picture this: You walk into your first martial arts class with us. There’s a mixed feeling of excitement, nervousness, and yes, maybe even fear. But as you take a deep breath and step on the mat and participate, it becomes clear you’re starting a journey toward becoming a stronger, more confident version of yourself.

As you continue training, you realize that your martial arts/self defense training is about more than just fighting. It’s about developing your discipline, focus, and mental toughness – skills that are important in everyday life as they are on the mat.

If you're interested in tournaments, fighting, this is not the school for you. If you want to learn real street self defense, this is the place for you. You don't want to live in fear. You want to be able to protect yourself and your family and friends. You want the confidence knowing that you will know what to do in a given situation. At BCHC, we welcome adults' students of all ages and abilities. Our classes are limited to small groups so that our instructors can give individuals the attention they deserve. Our instructions are centered around 100% self-defense for the streets. Our training consists of the following disciplines: hapkido, arnis and kickboxing.
